  Location was great, but rooms were dirty, old and we found bugs. Staff was ok at best and the hallways and elevators were both not well kept. Also, the fire alarm went off at 5 am and the only good part was that we got to see the sunrise in the freezing cold.

  The hotel was nice other then the room. . the bathroom shower curtain had mold on it and the tub you could tell that it had not been scrubbed scum on ...

  The hotel was nice other then the room. . The bathroom shower curtain had mold on it and the tub you could tell that it had not been scrubbed scum on it . Now the bed when we pulled the bedspread to go to bed the sheet had stain on it. . I happened to drop something behind the night stand and moved it and behold others had dropped lotion and chap stick so you know what that says......... If you walk in the room barefoot which I did the bottom of your feet will be black of dirt.But would I go back yes because the location and hopefully they will get it together.

  After reading the other reviews I was a very cautious, But when I got to the room I was extremely surprised. Very minor fit and finish issues, and an odd side view, but I would feel confident to book in advance on a floor higher than 5 on the side. or an ocean front.room. Elevators were a little busy on checkin/out days but that was to be expected.

  Had a great stay at this hotel. The suite was nice with a kitchen and a seperate bath, bedroom and living room looking over the ocean. The rooms were extremely clean and staff was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to families and couples alike. The only bad thing I'd say is that the hotels parkign garage was located acorss a major street and a block away. While you could unload you luggage at the actual hotel, coming back from dinner and having to get something from the car became a headache. Other than that, I'd definately stay there again.

  Overall room had minor spots/stains. Great view of ocean from 11th floor. Staff will not let you check in before 3:00pm. Rent a car, my daughter and I beat the crowds by driving outside the ""ocean boulevard"" area. Fireworks on beach at night. Slept with slider open and only heard ocean....nice! Myrtle Beach Waterpark..was great.
